It has been an absolute joy to watch my children grow in their enthusiasm for isiXhosa as a language through their use of the Siyakhula ngesiXhosa workbooks. The books are attractive, engaging, and relatable, and scaffold the material so skilfully that my daughters barely seem to notice how fast they are learning! I am also just amazed by how confident they are becoming in their own ability to acquire this beautiful language! They love practicing their newfound vocabulary and conversational skills with isiXhosa-speaking friends, and the mutual delight of these interactions is just inspiring to see.
